In mid-2023 after first phase completion of 54 units, MC Group & Thermohouse announced the commencement of another phase of our low energy housing development located at Ard Na Greine, Milltown. Thermohouse are delighted to announce the completion of this new 44 unit Social Housing Development at Ard Na Greine, in partnership with Clúid Housing.

Clúid Housing is a not-for-profit housing body providing over 13,000 affordable, high-quality homes to people in housing need. The scheme will be managed by Clúid Housing and its dedicated age-friendly department – Clann Housing. Clúid’s vision is a society where everyone has a great place to live. Clúid aims to achieve its vision by providing quality housing and services to enable people to create homes and thriving communities.

This social housing development was built using our low energy ICF building system & comprises of 28 apartments & 16 bungalows.
