Minister Peter Burke Visits New Thermohouse Development – Milltown

Thermohouse were delighted to welcome Minister of State for Local Government and Planning Peter Burke & representatives from Clúid Housing, Kerry County Council & Local Representatives to view progress of our rapid housing development in Ard Na Gréine, Milltown, Co. Kerry, this week.
Thermohouse will be delivering 54 housing units consisting of 48 3-bed and 6 4-bed semi-detached, A-Rated homes later this year.

We are delighted to welcome Minister Burke to this new development here in Milltown. Despite the challenges we’ve all faced over the past two years, it is terrific to see this scheme edging closer to completion. These 54 new homes will be of the highest quality with A2 BERs that support the creation of greener communities, and more energy efficient homes. For our residents, that means a better quality of life and lower fuel bills. We are really looking forward to completing this project and most importantly, providing good quality housing and services that enable people to create homes and thriving communities.
