Thermohouse – Milltown; Rapid Build Housing Development | April – December 2021 update video

In April 2021, Thermohouse commenced construction on a shovel ready, green field site to supply 54 No Houses at Ard Na Greine, Milltown, County Kerry. This development is in partnership with Clúid Housing / Kerry County Council & Rebuilding Ireland.

Significant progress has been made to date with the completion of 28 structures and the current laying of 5 bases (10 Houses) for the next phase of development containing a further 26 houses,.

We are looking forward to delivery of 54 completed units in 2022.
