Thermohouse are delighted to share progress on the 44 unit Residential Development at Ard Na Greine, Milltown, County Kerry in partnership with Clann Housing (a division of Clúid Housing).
Clann is a dedicated age-friendly housing service committed to providing quality housing and services that enable people to create homes and thriving communities.
This residential development built using our low energy ICF building system, and comprising of 28 apartments & 16 bungalows has made rapid progress since mid-2023 and we are now nearing completion.
