As heard on Radio Kerry, Thermohouse are delighted to announce that we have applied for planning permission on a site in Dereen, Killarney.

We have requested planning permission for twelve two-bedroom apartments and six one-bedroom apartments in one three storey block, as well as four three-bed terraced townhouses.

This proposed development will be a continuation of our social housing development at Dereen. We hope to replace the old planning granted for fourteen one bedroom cottages, in order to make the most of the site.

This site has huge potential for housing and we hope to continue providing accommodation to the people of Kerry.
