Project Overview
Thermohouse have been contracted to build a total of 63 apartment units by Formation Homes.
These two apartment blocks are part of a wider housing development located in Newtown Meadows, Castletroy in Limerick.
Thermohouse, having done previous work in Limerick & Dublin for Formation Homes, were approached to build the 2 number apartments blocks.
Thermohouse also engaged DOSA Engineers as part of the design team and our expert team assisted in all detailed design for the build.
The structure of the 2 apartments consists of :
ICF external (Thermowall) and internal party walls, along with RC columns, beams and Thermofloor.
